• We provide open scheduling for regular non-emergency septic cleaning. Our technician will arrive Monday-Friday during the week of your service. You do not need to be home at the time of service. You will receive a text from our technician when they are on the way to your property. This allows our technicians to be able to respond to emergency requests without causing an issue with your scheduled appointment. If you are digging lids, please make sure they are dug and accessible at the start of your scheduled week.

• Tank lids need to be visible, accessible, and not buried underground prior to our technician's arrival. If you indicate that the lid is accessible and it is not on our technician's arrival, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged an unaccessible fee or our technician will dig up the lids at a cost of $100 for every foot dug on each lid.

  • The lid is visible, accessible, and not buried underground (ex. green lid can be seen in your yard) - No Charge​

  • The lid is buried but you will have the lid dug up prior to the technicians arrival - No Charge

  • The lid is buried and will need to be dug up by the technician - $100 per foot dug for each lid. ​​
